At a special award signing ceremony held by Rockland Economic Development Corporation (REDC), Director, Betty Monroe, Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Long Island, REDC Chair, William F. Helmer, and REDC President and CEO, Ronald Hicks gathered for the official signing of an agreement to cooperatively fund the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) Program for 2007-2008. Also on hand for the event were Neil Mintz, Deputy, DCMA Long Island, Marvin Liebman, Administrative Contracting Officer/Administrative Grants Officer, DCMA New York, Benjamin Artis, Assistant Director for Small Business, DCMA Small Business Center – East Division, Dr. John A. D’Ambrosio, President, Orange County Chamber of Commerce (OCCC), Carol Smith, Vice President, Government Initiatives and Special Projects, OCCC, and REDC staff. PTAC clients from Rockland and Westchester Counties were also represented. |
