Paid Family Leave (PFL) is a New York State mandated benefit with heavy fines for non-compliance, effective January 1, 2018. PFL provides full-time employees eight (8) weeks of job-protected, paid leave. In this webinar, learn the details on the leave types, eligibility requirements, employer contribution cost, claim filing requirements, and how to administer a Paid Family Leave policy. Explore the differences between Paid Family Leave (employer and employee paid leave) and Family Medical Leave Act, (FMLA) (unpaid leave).
